Youth Programs
Investing in the young people of Imlay City, Almont, Capac, Lapeer, and the surrounding communities — because they're our future.
Scholarships
Each year we award scholarships to graduating seniors at Imlay City High School. These awards help local students from Imlay City, Almont, Capac, and surrounding areas pursue higher education — whether that's a four-year university, community college, or trade school.
- Open to all ICHS graduating seniors
- Based on community service, academics, and character
- Applications available each spring through the school counselor
- Awards presented at the annual scholarship ceremony
Rotary Youth Exchange
Through Rotary International's Youth Exchange program, high school students have the opportunity to spend a year abroad, living with host families and attending school in another country. We also welcome exchange students into our community.
- Year-long and short-term exchange options
- Open to students ages 15-19
- Host families needed from the local community
- Life-changing cultural experience
RYLA — Rotary Youth Leadership Awards
We sponsor local high school students to attend the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards conference, an intensive leadership experience that builds confidence, communication skills, and community awareness.
- Weekend leadership conference for high schoolers
- Sponsored by local Rotary clubs across District 6330
- Students nominated by teachers and counselors
- Focus on leadership, teamwork, and community service
